As you would usually input the number of people, please instead input the number of units expected so that we are able to ensure that the site minimums are met. The 28x40 kitchen building, accommodates 50 people. Includes commercial stove & oven, large cooler & freezer and sink & running water. These charges are made to the credit card used for holding. This kitchen is $150.00 per night for each day booked whether it is used or not. Group site #1 requires a MINIMUM of 12 units to be booked. If you book this site YOU MUST have 12 Rv's/Units on the site before your checkout date. Failure to do so will result in the credit card used to hold the site will be charged $49.00 for each number of units not on site come the checkout date. (Example; If you book for 15 units and only 10 show up then the credit card entered for the reservation will be charged $50.00 x2 to make up for the minimum units not being on site as 10 are required to meet the minimum.) This rate shows the camping per unit per night. When booking this site please be aware you will be immediately charged the non-refundable reservation fee and building rent fee. This secures your site until your arrival when each camper will pay for their own duration stay and additives. Please advise your party they will be paying for themselves and their camping stay unless otherwise arranged. You have until 14 days prior to the reservation to cancel without having to pay for its entirety, ie - charge full capacity and length of stay.
